Well hello everyone, today is Sunday and it has been 2 days since my 2nd day at boot camp. I have to say first of all that on Friday the 30 minutes actually went by quickly, I was quite surprised when Carmen said 2 laps and then you’re done. My insides nearly rejoiced cuz I had made it!!!!
The day after my first day, I could hardly walk…UGH. My legs hurt so badly, the stairs in my house brought me to the point of pondering “throw myself down, or get through the pain”!
By the time I was 10 minutes into the 2nd day’s workout my legs were already feeling better and now they are still wondering what all this excercise business is but they are starting to loosen up.
I am still a little embarassed that I seem to be so much bigger than most of the people in boot camp, and that I can’t quite hang with the “fit” ones but I’m also finding myself SO PROUD for doing it and just going back that I think I might be hooked. Having these posts to write definately is keeping me committed and encouraging me to go back, and now the support of the group is helping too.
WOOHOO, I’M DOING THIS!!!!!
Missy
